Today we will prepare chocolate decorations. The video gives easier ways and a little more complicated. If you do not know what kind of dark chocolate or milk to take, you can choose at its discretion. It is not necessary to take expensive varieties of chocolate, the main thing that s in the composition was cocoa butter otherwise our decoration will not keep its shape. The simplest chocolate decoration is shavings. The easiest way is to take a chocolate bar and grate on a small or large grater.
You will learn how to make a super interesting decoration with chocolate and bubble wrap! Melt the chocolate in a water bath. In the meantime, cut a piece from the bubble wrap. It should be along the length so that you can wrap the cake, and the width of it should be slightly greater than the height of the cake. Thickly lubricate the melted chocolate film on the side of the bubbles. Leave on for 10 minutes to let the chocolate solidify. Carefully remove the film and decorate your dessert with chocolate honeycombs!
