Taking care of your teeth is an important part of your daily beauty routine. Even if you have healthy teeth, you need to know a few tips to prevent some problems. Here are the main rules everybody should follow every day: don’t go to bed without brushing the teeth. You should clean your teeth at least twice a day. Brush your teeth properly to remove the plaque and don’t forget to use dental floss. Always take care of your tongue, gently brush it every time you brush your teeth. Mouthwash reduces the amount of acid in your mouth that why try to use it after a meal. One of the most important habits is to see your dentist at least twice a year.

Crush the strawberry and its mixes with toothpaste and spread the mixture on your teeth.
