The main advantage of working with puff pastry is that you may not prepare the dough - you can buy it in the store, and baking out of it will always be successful! However, if you want to cook yourself, keep the puff pastry recipe.

Pour 250ml of water into a bowl, add salt, one egg, a little lemon juice, pour melted butter. Stir the ingredients. Mound flour on the table. Pour your mixture over the flour. Knead the dough.
