WEIRD FOOD TRICKS COMMERCIALS USE TO MAKE EVERYTHING LOOK BETTER IN PHOTOS
Have you ever noticed how food always looks better in photos than it does in real life? It isn’t just the magic of photo manipulation, but some tricks advertisers use to make everything look more appetizing.
For example, the little lava cake isn’t actually a real one. It’s just a chocolate cake cut on the side, and the chocolate pouring in the middle is actually brown slime.
When you cook chicken it usually shrinks to different size and it never looks as good as you would imagine it. So, advertisers usually burn the skin of the chicken with a torch and then mix some shoe polish with soy sauce and paint the chicken legs with it. This makes it look juicier.
When photographing ice-cream instead of using the real thing, they mix up some mashed potatoes with some food coloring and then they add some sprinkles on top to make it look more realistic.
Watch until the end to see how most foods, fruits, and drinks are photographed to look better in photos.
