Incredible fruit ideas for a hot summer’s day
It’s August - the last summer month, yet it still feels like we didn’t experiment with food as much as we’d like. It feels great to sit outside and enjoy a refreshing fruity beverage or a tasty ice-cream. I’m here to inspire your artistic side and give you some ideas for refreshing treats.
Watermelon is amongst the top summer fruits everyone craves when it’s hot, and there are many fruit platters and recipes you can create with it.
If you want simple, bring out your skewers and summer fruits (strawberries, mandarin, kiwis–or any fruit selection you have). Assemble the fruits on to the skewers, and cover them in melted caramel. Or, you can also use fudge or toffee.
I don’t only show you easy summer recipes today. I also demonstrate some quick ways to cut and peel fruits that will save you time preparing the dishes.
