BRILLIANT WAYS TO STAY FIT WHILE WORKING OUT AT HOME

You can do crunches by placing a toilet roll between your feet. This will make the exercise more difficult and it will help tone your abs.
Another great thing you can do with toilet roll is to turn an empty one into a phone holder you can use while working out.
I show you how you can do push-ups on two chairs. You simply place them facing each other, and you place one chair at the back for support (make sure it has enough weight to it). This way, you can raise the difficulty and exercise your entire body.
I also show you some motivating exercises you can with your other half to help you workout together.
